This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Tyson McAdoo you can get it

HERE Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow Xero - Radiance Unplugged X - Interlace Muras Miester - Copies FFF Urban & New Gothic Style fonts Open the template, delete the credits, Canvas size 750 x 700 & we can resize it later.
Click on the Upper Left Back Rectangle, add a new layer and flood fill it with #9f27cd, back on the upper left rectangle layer go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill layer and hit delete. Select none, go to Adjust - Add Noise - apply with these settings on Uniform, 35 and Monochrome checked then got to Effects - Eye Candy - Gradient Glow and apply with these settings shown below then apply dropshadow with these settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00. Repeat this with the Lower Right Rectangle.
On the Upper Left Rectangle, add a new layer and flood fill it with black, back on the upper left rectangle layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill layer then hit delete and select none. Repeat this with the other layer. Grab your text tool with FFF Urban font with colour on #75ff19, type in ATTITUDE ROCKS, convert to raster layer and go to Effects - Muras Miester - Copies and apply with the Tiling settings on Gap 2 then duplicate it. Click on the Upper Left Rectangle layer, grab your magic wand tool and click inside the rectangle, go to Selections - Invert and click on the text layer, hit delete and select none. Repeat this with the other text.
Click on the Dotted Line 2 layer, right click on the layer palette Merge - Merge Down, add a new layer and flood fill it with #a42cd2. Back on the dotted lines layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, back on the fill layer and hit delete then select none. Apply dropshadow with these settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 20 and Blur 2.00.
On the Upper Right Glitter Circle layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #d82cc5, back on the glitter circle layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the glitter circle layer, hit delete and select none. Apply the noise with the same settings as we did before and repeat this with the other glitter circle.shown below.
On the Upper Right Circle 2 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, open paper 11 from the kit and copy & paste as new layer, hit delete then select none. Repeat this with the other circle.
On the Pink Circle layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #75ff19, apply same noise as before and apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 30 & Blur 3.00.
On the Blue Circle layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #d82cc5.
On the Pink Circle layer, on your material properties change the foreground to #9119bf and background to #000000, change it to gradient with these settings on Angle 36 and Repeats 0 with Invert checked, add a new layer and flood fill it with the gradient. Back on the pink circle layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, back on the fill layer and hit delete. Don't deselected yet, open the close up tube, copy & paste as new layer, hit delete and select none. Duplicate, on the duplicated tube go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 then apply and change the blend mode to overlay then lower the opacity to 50. On the original tube, go to Effects - Unplugged X - Interlace and apply by default.
Click on Sm Stars layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #75ff19, back on the Sm Stars layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, back on the fill layer, hit delete and select none. Delete the Dotted Line 1 layer.
On the Frame Back Left layer, on your material properties, change the foreground to #9119bf and change the background to #75ff19 then change it to gradient with the same settings, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with the gradient. Keep it selected, copy & paste the close up tube as new layer, go to Effects - Xero - Radiance and apply by default, duplicate it. On the duplicated apply gaussian blur with the same settings as before, change the blend mode to soft light and on the original tube change the blend mode to lumiance (l). Repeat this with the other one but I changed the foreground to #c52ab3 for the gradient.
On the Frame Left layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with black, back on Frame Left Layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill layer, hit delete and don't deselected yet. Selections - Invert, Modify - Expand 2 and add a new layer, flood fill with #c52ab3, apply noise with the settings on Uniform, 55 and Monochrome checked then apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Repeat this with the other frame.
On the Lrg Stars layer, add a new layer flood fill it with #71f710 then back on the stars layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, back on the fill layer and hit delete. Select none, apply noise with these settings on Uniform, 35 and Monochrome checked and apply same dropshadow as before.
Open the buckle bow 1 from the kit, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 40% smart size then apply same dropshadow. Open the screw, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 20% smart size, Adjust - Sharpen and apply same dropshadow as before. Open the Lips 2, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 40% smartsize, apply same dropshadow, duplicate and mirror. Open the piano keys, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 65% smart size and apply same dropshadow as before. Open the Guitar 1, copy & paste as new layer, rotate it at 20% Left then apply same dropshadow.
Open the tube, copy & paste it as a new layer then apply same dropshadow. Grab your text tool, I used New Gothic Style font and apply Gradient Glow with these settings shown below then apply same dropshadow as before.
Close off the white background, copy merged, paste as a new image, crop, resize and add artist's copyright info. Wooohooo you're done!! Hope you enjoy my tutorial Hugs Salsa>
