This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use 4 tubes of Keith Garvey's artwork you can get a licence at MPT HERE Bea's Creations FTU Good Or Bad scrapkit, you can get it HERE Template9 by Teresa and you can get it HERE WSL_133 mask by Chelle of Weescotlass and you can get it HERE Mura's Meister - Copies and you can get it HERE Xero - Radiance and you can get it HERE I used Pixelette & Futurist Fixed-Width fonts
Open Teresa's Template Hold down the Shift & D Keys, then close the original template and on the copy delete the copyright info. Resize all layers at 67% smartsize then Canvas size at 600 x 600 pixels. Click on the background layer, Open paper13 and go to your text tool. Select the pixelette font, set it at size 8 and Anti-Alias on off. Click on the background in your materials palette and find that paper13 & set it on Angle - 0 & Scale - 150. Type in Bad Girl, go to Object - Align - Center in canvas and apply ok. Go to Mura's Meister Copies, use the settings of Tiling, on the Tile Gap move the slider to 2 and go to Layers - Mask, find WSL_133, apply then delete the mask layer & merge groups. Click on the circle layer, select all, float & defloat, selections - invert. Copy & paste paper6 then resize it at 70% smartsize and hit the delete key. Select none, add dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 50 & Blur - 5.00. Click on the strip2 layer, select all, float then defloat. Copy & Paste Paper2, resize it at 70% smartsize, invert and hit delete then select none. Add drop shadow with the same settings as before. Delete the original layer. Click on the bracket layer, select all, float & defloat. Copy & paste paper15, resize it at 70% smartsize, invert and hit the delete key then select none. Add dropshadow with the same settings as before. Delete the original layer. Click on bracket2 layer, select all, float & defloat. Copy & Paste paper14, repeat with the same step as last one. Click on the strip1 layer, select all, float then defloat. Copy & Paste paper14, resize it at 70% smartsize, invert and hit the delete key. Select none and add dropshadow with the same settings as before. Click on photomat layer, select all, float & defloat. Copy & paste paper6, invert then hit delete key and keep it selected. Copy & paste a close up tube of choice, hit delete and go to Xero's Radiance with the default settings, go to Adjust - Hue & Saturation, colorise it with the settings of Hue & Saturation on 0. Repeat this with the second close up tube. Delete the original photomat layer. Click on frame layer, select all, float & defloat. Add a new layer & flood fill it with white. Add dropshadow with the settings of V & H = 1, Opacity = 80 and Blur = 10.00. Delete the original layer. Delete the rest of flowers layers. Open the alpha1_bc_gob, copy & paste as a new layer then apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H = 1, Opacity = 50 and Blur = 5.00. Open bow5, copy & paste as a new layer. Resize it at 50% smartsize then sharpen it and move it on top of the alpha element. Apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Open phone2, copy & paste as a new layer. Resize it at 50% smartsize then sharpen it, select the selection tool on rectangle, draw it around the blank of the phone's frame and add a new layer, flood fill it with black and copy & paste a tube of choice, Selections - Invert and hit the delete key. Hide all layers except the phone, tube and black floodfill and Merge visible these layers. Rotate it at 25% left then apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Open shirt1, copy & paste as a new layer. Resize it at 30% smartsize, rotate it at 25% right and sharpen it then apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Open flower7, copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 50% smartsize and sharpen it. Apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Open flower9. copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 30% smartsize and sharpen it. Apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Open skull2, copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 50% smartsize, rotate it at 25% left and sharpen it then apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Copy paste your tube of choice. Add your text & copyright info. Save it as .png or .jpeg if you don't want to do the animation. Ok onto the animation now, Copy Merged & paste into the animation shop but make sure the second closeup tube layer is hidden. Go back to PSP, click on your first closeup tube and right click on the layer palette on properties, lower the opacity to 80 then copy merged and paste after the current frame, go back to PSP and lower it to 50, copy & paste after current frame, back to PSP and lower it to 20, copy & paste after current frame then back to PSP again, lower it to 0, copy & paste after the current frame. Repeat the same steps with the second close up tube. Select all, go to frame properties and change it to 50. Hold down the ctrl key, click on the fifth and last frames the one with no close up tubes shown, go to frame properties and change it to 100. Phew! You're all done and save it as .gif.
