This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Ismael Rac you can get it

HERE Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow Xero - Radiance Will & Grace font Open the template, Canvas size 700 x 700 & we can resize it later. On the black circle layer, open the close up tube and copy & paste as a new layer, go to Effects - Xero - Radiance and apply by default.
Back on the black circle layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the tube, hit delete and don't deselect it yet. Go to Selections - Invert, add a new layer and flood fill it with #6ecbe6, select none and go to Adjust - Add Noise and apply with the settings on Uniform, 35 and monochrome checked then apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 30 and Blur 3.00.
Open the lollipop5 from Toxic Candy kit, copy & paste it as a new layer, resize it at 40% smart size and rotate it at 10% right then apply same dropshadow as before.
Open the cupcake1, copy & paste it as new layer and resize it at 40% smart size and apply same dropshadow as before. Move it underneath the brush layer. Open the bow5, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 50% smart size. Mirror it, grab your freehand selection, draw around the green part and colorize it by using Hue & Saturation settings on Hue 138 and Saturation 181 then apply same dropshadow as before.
Open the journaltag1, copy & paste it as new layer and move it underneath the glittered rectangle and grab your magic wand, select inside the green part and colorize it with the same Hue & Saturation settings as before.
Open the flower11, copy & paste it as new layer and resize it at 40% smart size, grab the magic wand and select inside the green circle and colorize it with the same Hue & Saturation settings as before then apply same dropshadow as before. Duplicate it and move it to above the black rectangle layer.
Open your tube, copy & paste as a new layer and place it underneath the filmstrip, apply dropshadow with these settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.
Grab your text tool, I used Rob's Waterbrush font and Eye Candy 4000's Gradient Glow in fat settings in pink and white like I mentioned in my previous tutorials.
