Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Open the template, Delete the credits, Canvas size 700 x 700 & we can resize it later.

On the rectangle layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, open the close up tube then copy & paste as new layer and hit delete. Select none, duplicate and mirror then on the layer properties - Merge Down, duplicate it and on the duplicated go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3.00 and apply then change the blend mode to soft light. On the original tubes change the blend mode to luminance (l) and go to Effects - Unplugged X - Interlace and apply by default. Open the ele52 from Fetish kit, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 80% smart size then again at 95% bicubic size and grab your magic wand tool, select the pink border and when it's all selected, go to Hue & Saturation and apply with the settings on Hue - 219 and Saturation - 160. Select none, apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 30 and Blur 3.00 then duplicate and mirror.

On the circle layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, copy the close up tube then copy & paste as new layer, hit delete and change the blend mode to overlay.

On the frame layer, apply same dropshadow as before.

On the Pixel wordart 2 layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with white. Back on the wordart layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill layer then hit delete and select none. Delete the original wordart layer.

Open the tube, copy & paste as new layer, duplicate it 3 times, move the original tube underneath the frame layer and apply dropshadow with settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 & Blur 4.00. On the top tube layer, go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 and apply then change the blend mode to soft light. Grab the magic wand tool, click inside the frame and Selections - Invert then erase the parts of the tube that is showing outside the frame.

Open the ele68 from the Material Girl kit, copy & paste as new layer, mirror & resize it at 50% smart size and apply with the same Hue & Saturation settings as we did earlier and apply dropshadow with settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 30 and Blur 3.00. Duplicate it and resize it at 80% smart size then duplicate & mirror.

Open ele6 from the Material Girl kit, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 70% smart size and grab your magic wand tool click inside the dark pink and colorize it with the same Hue & Saturation settings. Click inside the screen part with your magic wand and go to Selections - Modify - Smooth with settings on smoothing amount 10, Corner scale on 10, Anti-Alias & Preserve corners both checked. Open the garv guy & copy & paste as new layer go to Selections - Invert and hit delete. Select none.

Add the bow of your choice, I used the bow from Vicki and Tamie's Rock Baby kit, unfortunately their blog is no longer available.

Open the ele49, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 70% smart size, apply dropshadow with the same settings as before and move it underneath the phone.

Copy & paste sparkles of your choice as I used a different one. It can be found in various FTU & PTU scrapkits.

Grab your text tool, I used CutiePop font and apply gradient glow to the text and dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.
