Open the template & Canvas size at 700 x 700 we can resize it later.

Delete the credits

On circle1 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #a4317c. Select none, go to Adjust - Add Noise and apply with the settings of Uniform, 35 & Monochrome checked then apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.

On circle2 layer, on Material Properties change your foreground to #a4317c and background to #ffa1d0 then change it to gradient and use the settings on Angle 36 and Repeats 1. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with the gradient, keep it selected and open the close up tube and copy & paste it as a new layer. Selections - Invert and hit delete then select none, go to Effects - Xero - Radiance, apply by default and change the blend mode to Luminance (L). While we're still on this, grab your text tool, I use FFF Urban font, size 8, anti-alias off and type in FAIRY PRINCESS, go to Objects - Align - Centre on Canvas and convert it to raster layer, go to Effects - Muras Miester - Copies and apply with the Tiling and Gap 2 settings. Back on the circle layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the text layer and hit delete, select none and move it under the close up tube.

On background frame layer, go to Effects - penta.com - color dot and apply with the settings shown below. Selection - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, copy & paste the close up tube as a new layer and hit delete. Select none. Apply same radiance to the tube, duplicate it and on the duplicate go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00, apply and change the blend mode to soft light. Apply same dropshadow to the frame.

On wordart layer, Grab your magic wand tool and select inside the white words, add a new layer and flood fill it with #a4317c. Keep it selected, copy & paste the tube as a new layer and go to Selections - Invert, hit delete then select none and change the blend mode to Overlay. Back on the wordart layer, go to Effects - Eye Candy4000 - Gradient Glow and apply by using these settings shown below and apply same dropshadow.

Open the sparkles of choice, copy & paste it as a new layer then move it under the wordart layer. Open the tube, copy & paste as a new layer and apply same dropshadow.

Open ele69 from His Princess kit, copy & paste it as a new layer, resize it at 85% bicubic size, mirror and go to Hue and Saturation, apply with the settings on Hue 234 and Saturation 255 and apply dropshadow. Add the diamond of your choice.

Open ele4 from Material Girl kit, copy & paste it as a new layer and resize it at 20% smartsize then go to Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen and apply same dropshadow then duplicate it and place it above the wordart.

Open ele56 from Material Girl kit, copy & paste it as a new layer and resize it at 30% smartsize, sharpen it and apply same dropshadow. I added Xenofex 2 - Consteallation to it.

Grab your text tool, apply gradient glow and dropshadow to your text.
