This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Keith Garvey you can get it

HERE Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow Xero - Radiance VanDerLee - UnpluggedX - Interlace Muras Miester - Copies I used FFF Urban and Chocolate Dulce fonts Open the template & resize all layers at 85% bicubic then Canvas Size 650 x 650 Delete the credits and we will resize it later
On Raster 4 layer, go to Material Properties change the foreground to #dde0e8 and background to #000000 then change it to gradient and apply with these settings shown below. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Add a new layer and flood fill it with the gradient, keep it selected and open paper16 from the kit and copy & paste as a new layer, Selections - Invert and hit delete then change the blend mode to soft light. Select none, grab your selections tool and draw around half of the circle and hit delete, repeat this with the gradient fill.
Open element25, copy & paste as a new layer and place it at the bottom of the circle but inside the diamond circle. Grab your selection tool and draw half of it and delete it.
Grab your preset shape tool, ellipse width 4 and colour #dde0e8, draw it around the circle and convert it to raster layer. Apply noise with the settings of Uniform, 50% and Monochrome checked then apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 4.00 and Blur 10.89.
On raster 5 layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #dde0e8 then back on raster 5 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill and hit delete. Select none, go to Adjust - Add Noise - apply with these settings of Uniform, 35% and Monochrome checked. Apply same dropshadow as before.
On Raster 2 layer, grab your magic tool and click inside all of the frames of the film strip, Selections - Modify - Expand 2 and flood fill with the same gradient but change from radial to linear. Select none, grab the magic wand again and select inside the first frame, Selections - Modify - Expand 2 and open the tube and copy & paste as a new layer, Selections - Invert and hit delete. Select none, repeat this with the other 3 frames. When you're all done with them, hide all layers except the tube layers and merge visible these layers then duplicate it, go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 and apply then change the blend mode to soft light and lower the opacity to 50. On the original tubes layer, change the blend mode to luminace (l) and go to Effects - VanDerLee - UnpluggedX - Interlace and apply by default.
Apply dropshadow to the filmstrip.
Open the element49 from the kit, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 50%, place it at the right of the filmstrip and duplicate it then mirror and place it on the left.
Open element58, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 30% smartsize, rotate it at 15 Left and apply same dropshadow then duplicate and mirror it. Open element63 and copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 10% smartsize, sharpen it and apply same dropshadow then duplicate and mirror it.
On raster 3 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - add a new layer and flood fill it with the same gradient as we did earlier. Select none, apply same noise and dropshadow as before. Repeat this with copy of raster 3 layer.
Open the tube, copy & paste it as a new layer and apply dropshadow same as before. Open element44, copy and paste it as a new layer and place it in the middle of the tag.
Add your text, I used Chocolate Dulce font, convert it to raster layer, apply same noise, go to Effects Eye Candy4000 - Gradient Glow and apply with the settings shown below then apply same dropshadow as before.
Open a 600 x 600 new image, grab your text tool I used FFF Urban font, size 8, anti-alias off and convert it to raster layer. Go to Effects - Muras Miester Copies - use the Tiling settings with Gap on 2 and apply. Open WSLMask_220 and apply then merge group then copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the tag.
Delete the original layers and hide the white background layer and merge visble, crop, resize and save it as .png file.
