I used Rob's Inspiration and Gill Sans MT fonts

Open the template & Canvas size at 700x700 image

Delete the credits,Text 1, Text2 & Text3 layers and we will resize it later

Click on black oval layer, grab your PreSet Shape tool with the settings of Line Style - Diamonds, Width 4 and colour - #db03ba. Stretch it around the edge of the black oval then convert it to raster layer.

Click on pink oval layer, go to Material Properties change the foreground to #db03ba and background to #ff8d77 then change it to gradient with the settings of Angle 36, Repeat 4 and Invert checked. Select all, float, defloat and add a new layer, flood fill it with the gradient and go to Effects - penta.com - Color Dot and use the settings shown below. Select None, apply Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow with these settings shown below. Apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.

Click on the white circle layer, Go to Material Properties and change the background to white, change Angle to 0, Repeats to 1 and Invert unchecked. Grab your magic wand and click inside the circle, add a new layer and flood fill it with gradient. Select none, duplicate it and on the duplicated gradient circle, go to Effects - Tramages - Tow the Line and apply with the default settings then change the blend mode to soft light. Click on the white circle layer again, select all, float, defloat and invert, copy & paste the tube close up as a new layer and move it above the tow the line gradient layer then hit delete. Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 and apply, change the blend mode to soft light and on the original tube change the blend mode to luminance (L) then lower the opacity to 50 on both tubes. Back on the tramages circle layer and grab your freehand tool, select around half of the circle as shown below and hit delete.

Click on the top close up tube layer, add a new layer and grab the selection tool, draw 3 rectangles at the right of the circle and flood fill them with white. Change the blend mode to soft light and click on the circle layer, select all, float, defloat, invert and back on the selections layer hit the delete. Grab the pen tool with the settings of Diamonds style line, width 4 and colour white, draw 3 lines down in between the rectangles then change the blend mode to soft light. Grab the preset shape tool, width 4, solid line style and colour #ff8d77, stretch it around the circle till it fits nicely around the circle then convert it to raster layer. Go to Adjust - Add Noise and use these settings Uniform, 25 and monochrome checked then apply. Apply gradient glow and dropshadow with the same settings as we did earlier.

Click on pink rectangle 1 layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer, flood fill it with same gradient as we did just before with the settings of Angle 36 and Repeats 3. Keep it selected, copy and paste the tube as a new layer and invert then hit delete. Select None, go to Effects - Xero - Radiance and apply with the default settings. Repeat this for the pink rectangle 2 layer.

Click on raster 7 layer, on your Material Properties change the background to #ff8d77 and on gradient, change the Angle to 0 and Repeats to 1 then select all, float, defloat and add a new layer flood fill it with the gradient and apply noise and gradient glow.

Click on the dotted layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #ff8d77, back on the dotted layer select all, float, defloat, invert then back on the fill layer and hit delete. Delete the original dotted layer.

Grab your text tool, I used Gill Sans MT font, size 28 and colour black type in the words "The Most Glamourous Misfit" or your words of choice. Apply dropshadow with same settings as before and duplicate it, move it to the right under the black rectangle.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, duplicate it and on the duplicated layer, apply gaussian blur with same settings as before and change the blend mode to soft light. On the original tube layer, apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H both on -1, Opacity 40 and Blur 10.89. Copy & paste the sparkles as a new layer.

Apply text, I used Rob's Inspiration font and rotated mine at 25% Left then convert it to raster layer and apply gradient glow and dropshadow with the settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00

Click on the black oval layer, select all, float, defloat and flood fill it with the same gradient as we did with the oval earlier. Select none, go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20.00 and apply then resize it to 98% bicubic, go to Effects - VM Extravangza - Transmission and apply with the default settings. Go to Effects - Xenofex 2 - Constellation and apply these settings shown below or play with the settings to your liking.
