A quickie tutorial

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Xero - Fritillary

I used Rob's Caramel Nuggets font

Open the template

Delete the credit layer & 700 x 700 Canvas Size

Flood fill the rest of the background layer with white

Click on Circle layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer. On your Material Properties, set the foreground to #373154 and background to #000000. Click on the foreground, change it to gradient and use these settings of Angle 40 and Repeats 1 and flood fill it with gradient. Select None, go to Effects - Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow and use the Fat settings shown below. Apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H - 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 5.00.

Click on the Rectangle 1 layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer then flood fill it with #231d41 or darker colour of your choice. Select none, go to Effects - Xero - Fritillary and use these settings shown below. Apply same dropshadow as before.

Click on the Rectangle 2 layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer then flood fill it with #373154 or colour of your choice. Select none, go to Effects - Textures - Weave and use the settings of Gap Size - 2, Width - 14, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap colors both White and Fill gaps checked. Apply same dropshadow as before. Apply same dropshadow to the Rectangle 3 layer.

Click on the Raster 1 layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer. On your Material Properties, change the foreground to #b80303 or colour of your choice and background to #000000 then click on foreground and change it to gradient with the settings of Angle 40 and Repeats 3. Flood fill it with the gradient, go to Effects - Blinds and use the settings of Width 2, Opacity 20, Colour - Black and both boxes checked. Apply with the same gradient glow as we did with the circle layer and apply same dropshadow.

Click on Rectangles layer, apply with the same gradient glow and dropshadow too. Click on Skulls layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #373154, back on the Skulls layer select all, float, defloat then invert and go to the flood fill layer, hit delete and select none. Apply with the same dropshadow.

Click on the Words layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #373154 then go back to words layer, select all, float, defloat, invert and hit delete. Change it to Soft Light blend mode. Delete the original words layer.

Click on the Skull layer, select all, float, defloat then add a new layer and flood fill it with #373154. Select none and apply with the same gradient glow and dropshadow. Click on the Skull Sparkles layer, merge down the layer with the Skull layer. Resize it at 75% Smartsize, move it to the top left and duplicate & mirror it then move it to the bottom right of the rectangle. Grab your text tool, I used Century Gothic font, size 30 and apply with the same gradient glow and dropshadow. Move it to under the left skull and duplicate it then move it to above the right skull as shown on the tag.

Copy & paste your tube, place it in the center of the tag and apply with the same dropshadow. Add your text, I used Rob's Caramel Nuggets font and add gradient glow and dropshadow to the text.

Click on background layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with the same gradient as we did earlier. Apply Vix_Mask147, delete the mask and merge group. Resize it at 80% smartsize, move it to the left and lower the opacity to 50. Duplicate and mirror it.

Resize and crop it, save it as .jpeg or .png image.
