I used BankGothic Lt font

Open the template & 700 x 700 canvas size image

Delete the credits layer and we will resize it later

Flood fill the rest of the background layer with white

Click on the rectangle, go to Adjust - Brightness and Contrast and apply with the settings of Brightness -255 and Contrast 0. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, open the haunted house image and copy & paste as a new layer then hit delete and change the blend mode to Luminance (L) then lower the opacity to 80. Back on the rectangle, select all, float, defloat and Modify - Expand 4, add a new layer and flood fill it with #e7742a then go to Adjust - Add - Noise and apply noise with these settings of Uniform, 50% and Monochrome checked. Go to Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, apply with the medium settings on 3.00 and colour black. Apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.

Click on the circle layer, apply brightness and contrast with same settings as before then select all, float, defloat and open the spider with web, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 50% smartsize. Apply with dropshadow with the same settings but change the colour to white and apply Xenofex 2 - Consteallation with these settings shown below. Click on the circle layer, select all, float, defloat and modify expand - 4 then add a new layer and flood fill it with #b0d01e and apply noise, eye candy and dropshadow with same settings as before but change the colour to black on dropshadow. Move the bats a bit further outside the circle and apply same dropshadow to them.

Click on Stars 1 layer, select all, float, defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #68336c then apply with noise, gradient glow and dropshadow. Repeat this with the other stars layers, I used #b0d01e for Stars 2 and #e7742a for Stars 3.

Click on Wordart layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #b0d01e then back on the wordart layer, select all, float, defloat and invert & go back on the fill layer and hit delete. Apply noise, gradient glow and dropshadow with the same settings.

Open the spider with web, copy & paste as a new layer and grab your freehand tool, draw around the web and hit delete. Resize the spider at 40% smartsize, rotate at 90 Left and apply dropshadow same as before. Copy & paste the spider as a new layer again and resize it at 40% and apply same dropshadow.

Open your tube, copy & paste as a new layer and move it under the wordart layer. Apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 10.89.

Click on the frame layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #fb6c0c then back on the frame layer, select all, float, defloat and invert. Back on the fill layer and hit delete then apply noise and gradient glow with same settings, apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 10.89.

Open the skull and copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 50% smartsize and add noise to the coloured bones then apply dropshadow same as before.

Close off the white background and merge visible all of the layers. Duplicate it, on the original tag go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 15.00 and apply then go to Effects - VM Extravaganza - Transmission and apply by default then resize it at 95% bicubic and apply Consteallation same as before.

Grab your text tool, add your name, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer then flood fill it with #b0d01e and apply noise, move it under the text and back on the text merge down. Apply gradient glow same as before and dropshadow with these settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.

Crop, resize and save it as .jpeg or .png image.
