This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Ismael Rac & you can get at AMI

HERE Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow Xero - Fritillary Muras Miester - Copies I used Passion Conflicts & FFF Urban font Open the template, 700 x 700 Canvas size and delete the credits On the circle layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer, flood fill it with #673c81. Select None, go to Effects - Xero - Fritillary and use these settings shown below. Apply dropshadow with these settings on V & H both on -1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00
On the oval layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer, flood fill it with #b896cd and keep it selected. Open paper16 from Linda's Merry Xmas kit, copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 90% bicubic and go to Selections - Invert and hit delete. Select none, go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation and use these settings on Hue - 197 and Saturation - 93.
On the shape layer, on the layer palette and right click - Properties and change the blend mode to soft light.
On the dotted lines layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #673c81. Back on the dotted lines layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill layer and hit delete. Delete the original layer.
On the stars layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #673c81. On the stars layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill layer and hit delete. Select none, go to Adjust - Add Noise and use the settings of 35, Uniform and Monochrome checked. Apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.
On the frame1 background layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and on the material properties, foreground on #673c81 and background on #FFFFFF and change it to gradient with the settings on Angle - 36 and Repeats - 1. Flood fill it with the gradient, keep it selected and open the close up tube and copy & paste as a new layer, Selections - Invert and hit delete. Select none, go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation, apply with the same settings and lower the opacity to 75. Repeat this with the other frame background.
On frame1 layer and apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Repeat this with the other frame.
On wordart layer, apply Hue and Saturation with the same settings. Apply dropshadow with the same settings as before.
Open the candy canes from Fantasy Moments Christmas Melodies kit and copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 45% smartsize and apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Duplicate and mirror it.
Open the holly from Linda's Merry Xmas kit, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 50% smartsize, Adjust - Sharpen and apply same dropshadow as before. Duplicate, mirror and flip it and place it on top of the right frame.
Open the tube, copy & paste it as a new layer and apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 10.89.
Open the sparkles2 from Linda's Merry Xmas kit, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 80% smartsize. Move it to the left and duplicate & mirror it.
On the bottom layer, grab your text tool and I used FFF Urban, size 8 (6 for PSP verisons 7-9) and anti-alas off. Apply, go to Objects - Align - Centre on Canvas and convert it to raster layer. Go to Muras Miester - Copies and apply Tiling settings with Gap on 2. Open WSL_Mask241, apply and delete the mask then merge groups.
Back on top, grab your text tool and I used Rob's Passions Conflict font, size 72 and apply, convert it to raster layer and apply noise with the same settings as we did earlier. Go to Effects - Eye Candy4000 - Gradient Glow and apply with the settings shown below. Apply same dropshadow as before.
