open a new canvas 600x600 image

Flood fill it with white

Copy & Paste Monti's Paper, go to mask and find Chelle's mask, delete then merge group. Go to Xenofex 2's Consellation and use these settings.

Background set to Monti's paper & foreground null. Preshape tool - select eclipse shape. Draw the circle around the canvas then align - centre. Convert to raster.

Preshape tool again, background to null and foreground to white - 6 width. Draw it around the paper circle, align - centre. Convert to raster layer. Add a drop shadow at - V - 1, H - 2, Opacity - 50, Blur - 5.00 settings.

Open up Monti's heart element, copy & paste as a new layer, resize it to fit in the paper circle. Go to Eye Candy 4000's Gradient Glow, use the fat setting at 3.00, 25 & 100. Add a dropshadow with the same setting as we did with the white circle before.

Open up Monti's heart shaped wordart, resize it to fit around the heart element then go to Eye Candy 4000's Gradient Glow and use the same setting as before. Add a dropshadow with the same settings as before.

Open up Rainbow Coffi's Heart balloons, select the balloons with the freehand point to point tool and copy & paste it as a new layer, resize it and place it to the right, duplicate it - Image - Mirror. Add the same dropshadow settings to the balloons.

Open up a bow and copy & paste it as a new layer, duplicate it then image - mirror.

Open up the 3 boxes template, copy & paste it as a layer & resize it to 25% smart size. Select All - Float - Defloat, copy and paste Monti's paper then hit delete key. Delete the original template. Go to Eye Candy's Gradient Glow and use the settings same as before. Same dropshadow as before. Duplicate it & Image - Mirror. Move the templates to the bottom of the circle and under the circle.

Open up the roses tube, select the small rose with the freehand point to point tool and copy & paste it as new layer. Resize it to your liking, duplicate it 5 times and place them all in a line across the template. Rotate the middle rose at 45 degrees - left. You can erase the leaves from the roses by using the freehand point to point tool then hit delete key. Close off the other layers and leave the roses layers open - merge visible. Open the rest of the layers.

Open up Rainbow Coffi's Hearts bag, paste it as a new layer & resize it, add a dropshadow of V - 0, H - 0, opacity - 30, blur - 3.00 settings. Move it under the roses layer.

Copy & Paste the garv tube or your tube of choice. Add a dropshadow of V - 1, V - 1, Opacity 70 & Blur 6.00 settings. Place it in the middle of the circle.

Add text & copyright info

If you don't want to animate it then merge visible & save it as .jpeg or .png image.

Ok ready for animation? lol

Close off the layers but leave the white background, mask and template layers open. Edit - Copy Merge then paste it in Animation Shop. Duplicate it 7 times by holding down the Ctrl & L keys, Select all and don't forget to click on propagate tab before you paste the stars animation.

Open up the stars animation, rotate it at 90% left then paste it on the template and repeat that onto the other template borders.

Go back to PSP, close off the background, mask & template layers. Open the rest of the layers then Edit - Copy Merge. Paste it onto the Image in Animation shop.

Open up the hearts animation, paste it above the hearts bag as they are coming out of the bag. Repeat that with the other bag.
