Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow & HSB Noise

Xero - Fritillary

I used A & S Rister font

Open the template & canvas size at 700x700

Delete the credits layer and we will resize it later

Delete the wordart layer. Grab your magic wand tool and select inside the circle layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #82ac30. Go to Effects - Xero Fritillary and use the settings shown below. On the Dotted Circle layer, apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00. On the Circle frame layer and apply same dropshadow as before.

Click on the Star layer, on your Materials Properties and change the foreground to #82ac30 and background to #000000. On the background, change it to gradient and use the settings of Angle 40 & Repeats 3. Grab your magic wand and click inside the star, add a new layer and flood fill it with the gradient. Select none, go to Effects - Eye Candy 4000 HSB Noise and use the settings shown below.

Repeat the same with the Sm Inner Star layer with the gradient and hsb noise. On the Star Frame and apply the same dropshadow as before.

Delete the Sm Stars layer, click on your Sm Star Frames layer and grab your magic wand tool, click inside the frames and go to Selections - Modify - Expand 2 and flood fill it with #82ac30, apply Xero's Fritallary and use the same settings as we did before but change the Tesselation to 100. Click on the Star Frames layer and apply with the same dropshadow.

Click on the Square layer, select all, float & defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #a6c816, go to Effects - Textures - Weave and use the settings shown below. Grab your magic wand tool, click on the original square layer and click inside the square then copy & paste your tube as a new layer and change the blend mode to lumiance (legacy) then move it up above the filled square layer. Repeat this with the other square.

Click on the Big Star Frame layer, copy & paste BVS Misfit Rocks MusicNote05 and apply same dropshadow as before. Click the top layer, copy and paste your tube of choice, duplicate it and on the duplicated tube go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur at 3.00 and change your blend mode to soft light. On the original tube and apply with the same dropshadow. Copy & paste the music note and resize it at 20% smartsize, duplicate it and mirror, repeat the same with the other music note and apply with the same dropshadow.

Grab your text tool, I used A & S Rister font at size 100 for small names and size 72 for long names, width 2 with foreground #82ac30 and background #000000. Apply Gradient Glow with the same settings as we did with the square frames earlier. Apply with the same dropshadow.

Click on the background layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #000000 then apply Becky_Mask038. Repeat the same with #82ac30 and resize both at 75% smartsize, move the mask to the right and the other mask to the left.

Hide the white background layer and merge visble, resize it then save it as .png file.
