A quickie tutorial

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

I used Rob's Caramel Crunch font

Open the template

Delete the credit layer & 700 x 700 Canvas Size

Flood fill the rest of the background layer with white

Click on Rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat then Modify Expand - 4.00 and add a new layer then flood fill it with #b80303 or your colour of choice. Select none, move it under the rectangle layer and apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H - 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.

Click on the Stars2 layer, Merge down with Stars1 Layer together and select all, float, defloat and add a new layer, flood fill it with #b80303 or your colour of choice. Select none, Adjust - Noise and use the settings of Uniform 25% and Monochrome checked then apply dropshadow with the same settings as before.

Click on the background frame layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer. On your Material Properties, change the foreground to #b80303 or colour of your choice and background to #000000 then click on foreground and change it to gradient with the settings of Angle 40 and Repeats 3. Flood fill it with the gradient, go to Effects - Blinds and use the settings of Width 2, Opacity 30, Colour - Black and both boxes checked. Keep it selected, copy & paste a close up tube of choice as a new layer, Selections - Invert and hit delete. Select none, duplicate it, Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 then change it to Soft Light blend mode. On the original tube layer, change it to Luminance (L) blend mode. Lower both tube layers to 50 Opacity.

Click on the Frame layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer then flood fill it with #b80303 or colour of your choice. Select none, add noise with the same settings as before and go to Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and use the Medium settings of Medium, Glow Width - 4.00, Soft Corners - 25 and Opacity 100. Apply with the same dropshadow as before.

Copy & paste your tube of choice, apply with the dropshadow with these settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 40 & Blur - 10.00. Copy & paste the accent of your choice, if you use the same accent as mine I resized mine at 45% Smartsize, flip it and duplicate it then flip & mirror it. Apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H - 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00. Place them on the top left of the frame.

Apply your text, I used Caramel Crunch, size 100 and colour white. Apply noise with the same settings as before and apply dropshadow with the same settings as before.

Click on background layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with the same gradient as we did earlier. Apply VixMask_381, delete the mask and merge group. Rotate it at 90 right and resize it at 85% bicubic then move it to the left, duplicate it and mirror it.

Resize and crop it, save it as .jpeg or .png image.
