KISS ME WITH PASSION


This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

PSP X2 (Any version will work)

TUBE OF CHOICE

I use artwork by Keith Garvey you can get it HERE

Missy's template319 and you can get it HERE

Tamie's PTU Romance Kit and you can get it HERE

WSL_Mask262 by Chelle and you can get it HERE

Muras Meister - Copies

Xero - Radiance

Romance Fatal Serif font

 

Open the template & Canvas size at 700 x 700 we can resize it later.

Delete the credits

Add a new layer, send it to the bottom and grab your font tool, FFF Urban font at size 8, anti-alias - off (size 6 for psp versions 7-9) and type in KISS ME WITH PASSION, go to Objects - Align - Centre on Canvas & convert it to raster layer. Go to Effects - Muras Miester - Copies and apply with the settings on Tiling and Gap at 2. Open WSL_Mask262 and apply.

On circle1 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #5c0808, select none then go to Adjust - Add Noise - Uniform, 35% and monochrome checked. Apply dropshadow with these settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.

On Raster1 layer, Selections - All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #5c0808 then apply the same dropshadow. Select none.

On Glittered Circle layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #f1e3d8 then repeat with the same noise and dropshadow as before. Select none.

On Circle3 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, open paper10 and copy & paste as a new layer and hit delete then select none.

On small circle layer, go to Effects - Texture Effects - Weave and use the settings on Gap Size 1, Width 12, Opacity 1, Weave Color & Gap Color both on #5c0808 and Fill Gaps checked then apply same dropshadow.

On Circle2 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, open paper5 and copy & paste as a new layer then hit delete & select none.

On Round Edge Rectangle layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, open paper7 and copy & paste as a new layer and hit delete. Select none and apply same dropshadow.

On frame background layer, Selections All - Float - Defloat - Invert, open paper1 and copy & paste as a new layer then hit delete and keep it selected. Open the close up tube and copy & paste as a new layer and hit delete then select none, go to Effects - Xero - Radiance and apply by default.

On frame layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #f1e3d8, back on the frame layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill layer and hit delete. Select none, apply the same noise and dropshadow as before.

On heart1 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #5c0808. Select none, apply same noise & dropshadow as before and repeat this with the other heart. Repeat this with tiny heart and passion but without noise and dropshadow.

On 3 hearts layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #f1e3d8, back on the 3 hearts layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the fill layer and hit delete. Select none, apply same noise & dropshadow.

Open ele18, copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 60% smartsize then apply dropshadow and move it to the left.

Open ele81, copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 50% smartsize then apply dropshadow and move it to the right above the frame. Add a diamond of your choice and place it on top of the bow.

Open ele53, copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 30% smartsize, mirror and apply same dropshadow then duplicate and flip.

Open ele19, copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 85% bicubic size the move it to the left above the mask layer and apply same dropshadow. Duplicate & mirror, erase parts from both as shown on my tag.

Open the tube, copy and paste as a new layer and apply same dropshadow. Grab your text tool, I used Romance Fatal Serif font and apply same dropshadow.
