I used Radius & FFF Urban font

Open the template & canvas size at 700x700

Delete the credits layer and we will resize it later

Click on raster 1 layer, select all, float & defloat. Copy & paste paper10, invert and hit delete. Select none, go to preshape tool and select the ellipse shape, width 10, background null and open up Paper1 and go to your Materials Properties, click the foreground and find the paper then draw the circle around the circle background. Convert it to raster layer, go to Adjust - Add Noise and use the settings shown below. Go to Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow and apply with the settings shown below. Apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 40 & Blur 4.00.

Click on Raster 8, select all, float & defloat then copy & paste paper1, invert and hit delete. Grab your text tool, I used FFF Urban, Size 8 and Anti-Alias off, type in MINX ATTITUDE and go to Effects - Mura Miesters - Copies and apply the tiling settings and move the Gap slider to 2. Click on the rectangle background layer, select all, float, defloat, invert and back on the text layer hit delete then select none.

Click on Merged layer, select all, float, defloat, invert and copy & paste paper2 as a new layer then hit delete and apply noise & gradient glow with the same settings as we did with the circle frame earlier. Repeat this on Merged 2 layer but with paper1.

Click on Raster 2 layer, select all, float, defloat, invert and copy & paste paper2 as a new layer then hit delete and apply with same noise & gradient glow as before.

Move Raster 6 up to under Raster 4, select all, float, defloat & invert. Copy & paste paper2 as a new layer, keep it selected and copy & paste your tube as a new layer then hit delete. Duplicate your tube, on the duplicated tube go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur and apply it with the settings of 3.00, change the blend mode to soft light and on the original tube change the blend mode to Luminance (L). Click on Raster 4 layer, select all, float, defloat & invert. Copy & paste paper1, hit delete and apply with noise, gradient glow and dropshadow. Repeat this with Merged backgrounds and frames, I used paper1 for the background and paper2 for the frame.

Open up stringbow2, copy & paste as a new layer resize it at 70% smartsize and mirror it apply with dropshadow with the same settings as before then move it to the left top of the rectangle frame. Open up flowerribbon, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 35% smartsize and apply dropshadow. Open up clip, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 30% smartsize, rotate it at 14.00 Right and apply with dropshadow.

Open up scatters, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 50% smartsize apply dropshadow and move it to the top right. Repeat this with scatters2 and move it to the bottom right. Move both to the bottom layer.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer, duplicate it and repeat it with the Gaussian blur and the blend mode as we did earlier. On the original tube, apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 10.00.

Click on the bottom layer, add a new layer and select all, copy and paste paper1 into the selection then select none and apply VixMask_147, resize it at 85% and lower the opacity to 50.

erge visible, crop it and resize then save it as .png or .jpeg image.
