Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Xero - Radiance

I used FFF Urban and Rob's Inspiration fonts

Open the template & canvas size at 700x700

Delete the credits and we will resize it later

On black oval layer, grab the preset shape tool and select the ellipse, width 4 and line style - diamond, draw it around the oval and convert it to raster layer. Go to Adjust - Add Noise and apply with Uniform, 35% and Monochrome checked settings.

On pink oval layer, go to material properties change the foreground to #f58ce0 and background to #ffffff then change it to gradient and apply with the settings shown below. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with the gradient. Select None, apply noise but change to 50%.

On small black oval layer, grab your text tool and type in NAUGHTY MISFITS (I used FFF Urban font, size 8 and anti alias off, size 6 for PSP7-9) and go to Objects - Align - Centre in Canvas and convert it to raster layer. Go to Effects - Mura Miester - Copies and apply the Tiling settings and change the Gap to 2. Back on the black oval, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the text layer and hit delete. Keep it selected, open the close up tube and copy & paste as a new layer then hit delete and select none, go to Effects - Xero - Radiance and apply by default.

On the star background, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat and add a new layer, flood fill it with the same gradient but change the Style from Radial to Linear. Keep it selected, copy & paste the tube as a new layer, Selections - Invert and hit delete. Select none and apply Xero - Radiance to the tube and change the blend mode to lumiance (l).

On the star frame, apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 4.00 and Blur 10.89.

On the stars layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with the same gradient. Back on the stars layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the gradient fill and hit delete. Select none, apply noise and dropshadow with the same settings as before.

On the wordart glow layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with the same gradient then apply noise and dropshadow the same as before.

Add your text, I used Rob's Inspiration font, rotate it at 15 left and convert it to raster layer, apply same noise, go to Effects Eye Candy4000 - Gradient Glow and apply with the settings shown below then apply same dropshadow as before.

Open the tube, copy & paste it as a new layer and apply same dropshadow as before. On the bottom layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #f58ce0 then apply WSLMask_220 and merge groups. I used the diamond rain from Pink Princess's She's A Star kit and apply same mask as before.

Delete the original layers and hide the white background layer and merge visble, crop, resize and save it as .png file.
