This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I used Joel Adams artwork you can get a licence at CILM

HERE Font is called Tagster Open Melissa's Template Canvas size 600 x 600. Delete the copyright info. Click on wordart layer, add new layer and flood fill it with this colour #c20071 or your colour of choice. Click on the wordart layer again, select all, float & defloat then on flood fill layer, selections - invert and hit the delete key. Add gradient glow with the fat settings on 3.00, 25 & 100 then reapply again with the same colour as we used for the flood fill. Resize it at 102 smartsize and add dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 50 and Blur - 5.00. Delete the original wordart layer. Click on the large circle layer. Select all, float & defloat, copy & paste paper4 then go to Selections - Invert and hit the delete key. Select None. Click on the dotted circle layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with the same colour as we did with the wordart. Click on the dotted circle layer again, select all, float & defloat then invert and hit the delete key. Select none, add noise with the settings of Uniform, 50% & monochrome checked. Add dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 80 and Blur - 10.00. Delete the original dotted circle layer. Click on the large circle frame layer, select all, float & defloat and add a new layer, flood fill it with the black glitter tile and select none. Apply the same dropshadow as we did before with the dotted circle. Delete the original circle frame layer. Click on top rectangle layer, select all, float & defloat and copy & paste paper9. Invert then hit the delete key & select none. Repeat this with the bottom rectangle layer. Delete the original layers. Click on the top rectangle layer, select all, float then defloat. Add a new layer, flood fill it with the glitter tile and select none then apply same dropshadow as we did before with the circle frame. Repeat this with the bottom rectangle frame. Delete the original layers. Click on the circle background layer, open the image and resize it at 51% smartsize. Copy & paste as a new layer, center it right on the circle. Click on the background layer again, select all, float & defloat, invert and hit the delete key. Select none, duplicate it then grab your preshape tool and use the ellipse then draw a circle around the image shown as below. Select all, float & defloat, then click on the image copy layer again invert then hit the delete key. Select none and we will come back to this later for animation.
Click on small circle layer and repeat the same step as we did with the large circle frame. Click on squares background layer, select all, float & defloat, copy & paste paper2 & invert then hit the delete key. I colorised mine with Hue - 230 and Saturation - 147 settings. Click inside the square frame layer, grab the magic wand and modify - expand 2. Copy & paste your tube of choice and invert - hit the delete key. Select none, colorize your tube and repeat this with the other frame. Click on the square frame layers, select all, float & defloat then add a new layer and flood fill it with the glitter tile. Apply same dropshadow as we did before with the circle frames. Delete the original layers and the starz layer too. Click on the background layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with black then apply Vix's mask42. Resize it at 50% smartsize and apply Mura's Mister copies, use these settings shown below.
Open GlamGuitar1, copy & paste as a new layer & resize it at 80% smartsize. Rotate it at 25% Right and mirror it, place it on the left. Apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 70 and Blur - 6.00. Open your tube of choice and copy & paste as a new layer then apply same dropshadow as we did with the guitar before. Add your text and copyright info, save it as .png or .jpeg if you don't want to do the animation. Before you do the animation, hide the layers before you get down to the image layer and merge visible these layers. Then hide the merged layer and unhide the rest of the layers then merge visible these layers. Ok onto the animation now. Click on the image copy, copy it and paste it into Animation Shop, go to Effects - Insert Image Effect and use the ShakyCam effect. Use the settings shown as below and click on customize and move the slider down to 5. It comes up with 17 frames, go back to PSP then copy the first merged then paste it into the Animation Shop. Hold down your ctrl and hit the L key till you get 17 frames. Select all the frames, copy the animation and paste it into the first frame, carefully place it on the image on the tag and don't forget to click on Propagate Paste tab. Go back to PSP, hide the first merged and unhide the second merged layer then copy and paste into the image. Save it as .gif
