This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Ismael Rac you can get it

HERE Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow VanDerLee - UnpluggedX - Interlace I used FFF Urban & Rob's Waterbrush fonts Open the template & 750 x 700 canvas size image Delete the credits layer and we will resize it later On the thin rectangle, go to Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - apply with these settings on Brightness -255 and Contrast 0. Apply dropshadow with these settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.
Grab your text tool, I used FFF Urban font, size 8, anti-alias off (size 6 for 9) and colour - #a400ef, type in THIS GURL IZ CAUSING A RIOT and apply then convert it to raster layer.
On the circle2 layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with #a400ef then go to Adjust - Add Noise and apply with the settings on Uniform, 25 and Monochrome checked.
On the small circle1 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and open paper6, copy & paste as new layer and hit delete. Select none, repeat this with the other small circle.
On the rectangle2 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and open paper26, copy & paste as a new layer and hit delete then select none.
On the circle4 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and on your material properties, change the foreground to #a400ef and background to #000000 then change it to gradient with the settings on Angle 36 and Repeats 0, flood fill it and keep it selected. Open the close up tube, copy & paste as new layer, change the blend mode to screen then go to Effects - Unplugged X - Interlace and apply by default. Grab your text tool, repeat as we did earlier but change the colour to white then apply & convert it to raster layer, go to Effects - Muras Miester - Copies and apply with the Tiling setting and Gap on 2. Back on the circle4 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the text layer and hit delete, select none then change the blend mode to 60. Click on your close up tube layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, back on the text layer and hit delete.
Open the Flame1, copy & paste as new layer and move it to the left, click on the circle4 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the flame layer then hit delete.
Click on the flame layer, Select All - Float - Defloat, add a new layer and flood fill it with white and change the blend mode to soft light.
Open the screw, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 50% smart size and apply same dropshadow as before then duplicate and mirror.
Open the Stud 1, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 50% smart size then apply same dropshadow as before and duplicate and mirror it.
Open the splat 2, copy & paste it as new layer, move it to the left then duplicate and mirror, duplicate it again and flip then duplicate and mirror.
Open the tube, copy & paste as new layer and move it underneath the wordart, apply same dropshadow as before. Grab the magic wand tool and click inside the circle4 and go to Selections - Invert then grab your eraser tool and erase the tube part that is showing outside the circle then select none.
On the wordart layer, grab your magic wand and click inside the pink wordart, go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - apply with these settings on Hue 199 and Saturation 255 then select none.
On the bottom layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with black and apply Becky_Mask042.
Grab your text tool, I used Rob's Waterbrush font then apply Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and apply with these settings shown below. Apply same dropshadow as before.
