Add a new layer, Flood it with black and find Becky_Mask042, apply the mask and delete the mask then merge groups. Duplicate it twice and hide the background layer, merge visible these mask layers.

Open Flower05, copy & paste it as a new layer. Resize it at 120% smartsize, adjust - sharpen and add dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity 50 & Blur 5.00.

Open Star05 from the kit, copy & paste as a new layer then resize it at 40% smartsize. Go to Mura Misters - Copies, go to Encircle setting and move the slider on Number to 12, ShiftX to 70 and ShiftY to 70. Resize it at 85% bicubic size. Select the magic wand tool, click inside the star frame and go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 42. Copy & paste Paper19, resize it at 80% smartsize, invert then hit the delete key. Keep it selected, copy and paste a tube of your choice. Select None, go to Xero - Radiance and apply with the default settings. Colourise it, I colourised it by using Hue - 241 and Saturation - 92 settings in Adjust - Hue & Saturation. Add dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 80 & Blur - 12.00. Erase the leftover of the dropshadow at the bottom of the image.

Open Star03, copy & paste as a new layer then resize it at 50% smartsize. Image - mirror it, go to Mura Misters Copies, change the number to 10. Resize it at 85% bicubic size and add dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 80 and Blur - 7.00. Move it below the pink star frame layer.

Open skull02, copy & paste as a new layer. Resize it at 40% smartsize, Adjust - Sharpen & Image - Free rotate at 25% left. Move it to the left top of the star frame. Duplicate it, resize it at 85% bicubic size and Image - Mirror. Add the same dropshadow settings as we did before to the skulls.

Add your tube of choice, paste as a new layer and add the dropshadow with Lokas 3D Dropshadow with the settings shown below

Add the text of your choice and move it to the below under the tube if you're using the same tube as mine. Add copyright & artist info to the tag. Resize it & save it as .jpeg or .png image if you don't want to animate your tag.

Duplicate the pink star frame 2 times, close off the other top 2 star layers and click on the first layer, Go to Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise with the settings shown below

Copy merged and paste it into Animation Shop, go back to PSP and hide the first star layer, open the second star layer and add the HSB Noise again but hit the random key. Copy merge and paste after the current frame. Back in PSP, close off the second layer and do that again with the third star layer. Go to Frame Properties - 20. Save it as .gif.
