This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Elias Chatzoudis you can get it

HERE Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow Muras Meister - Copies Xero - Radiance Century Gothic & FFF Urban fonts Open the template Delete the copyright, text 2, word art, strip 1 and strip 2 layers
On the rectangle layer, go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation and apply with the settings on Hue 136 and Saturation 91. Repeat this with the rectangle2 layer. Delete the text layer, grab your text tool with the FFF Urban font, size 8, anti-alias off, white colour (size 6 for psp versions 7-9) and type in SEXY SNOW BABE then convert it to raster layer then go to Effects - Muras Miester - Copies and apply with Tiling and Gap on 2 settings. On the rectangle layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the text layer, hit delete and duplicate it then move it onto the other rectangle. Apply dropshadow with these settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 4.00 and Blur 10.89, repeat this with the other rectangle.
On the big rectangle, colorize it with the same settings we used previously. Open the close up tube, copy & paste as a new layer, go to Effects - Xero - Radiance and apply by default, change the blend mode to luminance (l) and lower the opacity to 50. Duplicate it and mirror.
On thin rectangle, colorize it with the same Hue and Saturation settings as before.
On the circle layer, colorize it and open Rainbow Coffi's White Forest tube, copy and paste as a new layer and on the circle layer Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the forest tube and hit delete. Keep it selected, open the snowoverlay element from Clarey's Winter Wishes kit and paste as a new layer and hit delete. Keep it selected, open Frame1 from Ali's kit and copy & paste as a new layer, resize it at 55% smartsize then select none. Colorize the forest and the frame with the same Hue and Saturation settings.
On the circle frame layer, apply same dropshadow as before.
Open the snow sparkle1 from Ali's kit, copy and paste as a new layer and resize it at 75% smartsize and move it to the left above the close up tube and duplicate, mirror and flip it.
Open the Fir Branch with bow, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 25% smartsize, colorize it and apply dropshadow with the same settings as before and duplicate and mirror.
Open the Snowy butterfly, copy & paste as a new layer and resize it at 50% smartsize then move it to the left, duplicate and mirror it. Apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H both on 0, Opacity 20 and Blur 2.00.
Open the glitter snowflake, copy & paste it as a new layer and resize it at 20% smartsize, sharpen and colorize it, apply dropshadow with the same settings we did with the snowy butterfly and duplicate resize it at 85% bicubic size and mirror to the right.
Open your tube and copy & paste as a new layer, duplicate, on the duplicated tube go to Adjust - Blur - Guassian Blur 3.00 and change the blend mode to soft light and on the original tube layer apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 4.00 and Blur 10.89.
Grab your text tool, add your text and apply noise, gradient glow and dropshadow but on the dropshadow change the blur to 4.00.
