Sylvie's Template4, thank you Sylvie and you can get it HERE

Texture of choice, the one I used you can get it HERE

WSL_Mask161 by Chelle, thank you Chelle and you can get it HERE

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

I used Rob's Caramel Candy & FFF Urban fonts

Open the template

Delete the credit layer & 700 x 700 Canvas Size

Flood fill the rest of the background layer with white

Click on black petals layer, select all, float, defloat then copy & paste the texture, go to material properties, on the foreground and find the texture then flood fill it and to colorise it, go to Adjust - Hue & Saturation and use the Hue - 177 and Saturation - 40 then apply. Select None, add a new layer and go to Effects - Mura Miesters - Tone and use the default settings, change the blend mode to soft light. Go back on the original petals layer, select all, float & defloat then invert and go back to the tone layer & hit delete. Don't de-select it yet, un-invert and modify expand - 2 and add a new layer, flood fill it with white and go to Adjust - Add Noise - Uniform, Noise - 25% and monochrome checked. Apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 40 and Blur 4.00. Delete the original shape layer.

On the grey petals layer, select all, float & defloat, flood fill it with #2b2646 or your colour of choice. Repeat the same step as we did with the white noise layer. Back on the flood fill layer, grab your text tool and I used FFF Urban, size 8 and anti-alias off, colour #625c80 on mine or your colour of choice and type in the words "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" then convert it to raster layer and go to Effects - Mura Meisters - Copies and use the Tiling setting and move the Gap slider to 2. Back on the flood fill layer, select all, float & defloat, invert and go back to the text layer then hit delete. Keep it selected and repeat the same step as we did with the noise layer before.

On the circle layer, go to your material properties and change the foreground to #2b2646 and background to #625c80, change it to gradient and use the settings of Angle - 40 and Repeats - 1, select all, float & defloat then add a new layer and flood fill it with the gradient. Keep it selected, copy & paste the close up tube of choice as new layer and select none, duplicate the tube and on the duplicate go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 then change the blend mode to soft light and on the original tube to lumiance legacy. Lower both tube layers to 50 opacity & apply texture - blinds with the settings of Width - 2, Opacity - 20, color - black and both boxes checked. Repeat the same step with the noise as we did earlier.

Add your tube as a new layer, duplicate it and on the duplicated tube go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3.00, change the blend mode to Soft Light and on the original tube apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 40 and Blur 10.00.

Grab your text tool, I used Rob's Caramel Candy, size 100 & type in your name and apply Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow. On the bottom layer, add a new layer flood fill it with the same gradient as we did earlier. Apply WSL_Mask161 and merge groups. Add bows or any other accessories of your choice. I used the bow and sparkle from a couple of scrapkits.

Resize and crop it, save it as .jpeg or .png image.

Wooohooo you're all done!!

Hope you had fun with my tutorial
