This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Ismael Rac you can get it

HERE Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow New Gothic Style font Open the template, Delete the credits, Canvas size 800 x 750 & we can resize it later. On the rectangle left layer, grab your magic wand and select inside the rectangle then go to Selections - Invert, copy & paste paper 4 as new layer and hit delete. Select none, repeat this with the rectangle right.
On the rectangle centre layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and copy & paste paper 3 as new layer and hit delete then select none.
On the dotted frame layer, add a new layer flood fill it with white and back on the dotted frame layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and go back on the white flood fill layer and hit delete then select none.
On the circle right layer, go to your material properties and change the foreground to #ff28a9 and background to #1cf8ff then change it to gradient with the settings on Angle 36, Repeats 0 and Invert checked. On the circle right layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat and add a new layer then flood fill it with the gradient, keep it selected open the close up tube and copy & paste as new layer and hit delete. Select none, change the blend mode to lumiance (l) and lower the opacity to 50.
Repeat this with the circle left layer.
Grab your text tool, I used FFF Urban font, size 8, anti-alias off (size 6 for psp versions from 7 to 9), type TOXIC BUT SWEET then go to Objects - Align - Centre on Canvas and convert it to raster layer.
Go to Effects - Muras Miester - Copies and use the Tiling settings with the Gap on 2 then apply and change the blend mode to soft light.
Duplicate it, click on the circle right layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the text layer and hit delete. Select none, repeat this with the text on the other circle layer. Copy & paste the sparkles as new layer, duplicate it and click on the circle right layer go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the sparkles layer and hit delete. Repeat this with the other circle.
On the frame background layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, copy & paste paper 5 then hit delete and select none.
Open the tube, copy & paste as new layer and duplicate it 3 times, on the original tube move it underneath the frame and apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00, on the top tube layer and go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 and apply then change the blend mode to soft light. Grab your magic wand tool, click inside the frame and go to Selections - Invert then erase the parts of the tube that is showing outside the frame.
Open the ribbon3, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 95% bicubic size then apply same dropshadow as we did with the tube before and use the selection tool, draw it around the ends of the ribbon and hit delete then select none.
Open the skull6, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 40% smart size, apply same dropshadow as before and place it on the ribbon.
Open the beaded string 1, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 70% smart size and apply same dropshadow as before. Open the bow 2, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 30% smart size and apply same dropshadow. Add the screw of your choice.
Open the star2, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 50% smart size and apply same dropshadow as before. Open the star1, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 30% smart size and apply dropshadow.
Open the wire, copy & paste as new layer, apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 20 and Blur 2.00. Duplicate, Mirror & Flip, I used the selection tool and drew the rectangle around the half wire and delete it so it won't show over the other wire.
Grab your text tool, I used New Gothic Style font and apply gradient glow to the text and dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.
