This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Keith Garvey you can get a licence

HERE Xenofex 2 Consteallation Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow I used BankGothic Lt font Open the template & 750 x 700 canvas size image Delete the credits layer and we will resize it later Flood fill the rest of the background layer with white
Click on the Back Rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer then flood fill it with #dc2825. Grab the selection tool, draw a rectangle around the rectangle and add a new layer flood fill it with black. While it is still selected, open the haunted house image and copy & paste as a new layer move it to the right, go to Selections - invert and hit delete. Select none, duplicate it and mirror it, move it if it is showing outside the rectangle. Change the blend mode to luminance (l) on both images. On the red rectangle layer, go to Adjust - Add Noise and apply with the settings of Uniform, 25% and Monochrome checked.
Click on the Border Back Rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer, flood fill it with black then select none and add dropshadow with these settings of V & H 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.
Click on the Oval layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer flood fill it with black and keep it selected copy & paste the haunted house image as a new layer. Selections - invert, hit the delete then select none, duplicate it and mirror it and change the blend mode to luminance (l).
Back on the black oval layer, go to Effects - Eye Candy Gradient Glow and apply with these settings shown below. Apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 10.89.
Click on the circle layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer flood fill it with black and open the close up tube, copy & paste as a new layer then Selections - invert and hit delete. Select none, duplicate the tube and on the duplicated tube go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 and change the blend mode to soft light, on the original tube change the blend mode to luminance (l) and go to Effects - VanDerLee - Unplugged X, apply Interlace with the default settings.
Click on the Line Circle layer and change the opacity to 100 then change the blend mode to softlight.
Click on the Border Circle, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer flood fill it with #dc2825, apply noise with the same settings as we did earlier. Go to Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, change the setting to Medium, Colour Black and make it a bit thick. Apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.
Click on the front rectangle layer, go to Adjust - Brightness and Contrast apply with the settings of Brightness -255 and Contrast 0. Select all, float, defloat and copy & paste the haunted house image as a new layer then invert and hit delete then change the blend mode to luminance (l). Keep it selected, open the spider web and copy & paste as a new layer then go to Effects - Xenofex 2 - Consteallation and apply with these settings shown below then apply dropshadow with same settings as before. Back on the black rectangle layer apply Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow with the same settings as we did earlier with the oval then apply dropshadow.
Click on the small rectangle layer, go to Brightness and Contrast apply with the same settings as we did earlier and apply same gradient glow & dropshadow to it.
Click on the wordart, add a new layer and flood fill it with #dc2825. Back on the wordart layer, select all, float, defloat and invert then hit delete and apply noise with the same settings.
Open the tube, copy & paste as a new layer apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 10.89.
Open the bat tube, paste as a new layer and resize it, duplicate it and resize it a bit smaller then duplicate it and apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H 1, Opacity 40 and Blur 4.00.
On the bottom layer, flood fill it with black and apply the mask.
Add your text and copyright info. Resize, crop it and save it as .jpeg or .png image.
