Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

FFF Urban & Sick Capital Vice fonts

Open the template, delete the credits, Canvas size 750 x 700 & we can resize it later.

On the rectangle right layer, grab your text tool with FFF Urban font, on your material properites change the foreground to #d526ff and background to #f342be, type in B using the #d526ff then A using #f342be, repeat this by clicking on "swap materials" on each letter as you type till you get to BADASS REBEL, convert it to raster layer then go to Effects - Muras Miester - Copies and apply with the Tiling settings with Gap on 2. Duplicate it, move the duplicated text on top of rectangle left layer then click on rectangle right layer go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the text layer and hit delete then select none. Repeat this with the other text.

Open the Skull 3 element from Wicked kit, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 50% smart size and apply dropshadow with the settings on V & H both on 1, Opacity 30 and Blur 3.00.

On the glittered circle right layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, open paper 24 from Wicked kit then copy & paste as new layer and hit delete then select none. Repeat this with the other glittered circle.

On the circle 2 layer, on your material properties, use the same colours as we did with the text earlier and change it to gradient with Angle on 36 and Repeats 3, add a new layer and flood fill it with the gradient, back on the circle layer Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the gradient fill hit delete. Select none, go to Effects - penta.com - Color Dot - apply with these settings shown below.

On the circle 3 layer, open the Small Scattered Stars element from Toxic Cupcake kit, copy & paste as new layer and move it to the top of the circle then duplicate it and move it to the bottom of the circle. Back on the circle 3 layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert and back on the scattered stars and hit delete, repeat this with the other then select none.

Click on the frame 2 background layer, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert, open the close up tube and copy & paste as new layer and go to Effects - Xero - Radiance and apply by default then hit delete and select none. Repeat this with the other frame background.

Click the frame 2 layer, open the Spike element from Toxic Cupcake kit, copy & paste as new layer and resize it at 50% smart size, apply same dropshadow then duplicate - mirror - duplicate - flip - duplicate - mirror.

On the wordart layer, go to Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and apply with these settings shown below.

Open the Wordart 3 element from Rebelicious kit, copy & paste as new layer, resize it at 50% smart size then apply same dropshadow as before and duplicate it, place them on the circles like shown in my tag.

Open the tube, copy & paste as new layer, duplicate it and on the duplicated apply same gaussian blur as before then change the blend mode to soft light and on the original tube apply same dropshadow as before.

Grab your text tool, I used Sick Capital Vice font and go to Adjust - Add Noise - apply with the settings on Uniform, 35 and Monochrome checked, apply Gradient Glow with these settings shown below then apply same dropshadow as before.
