This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. A quickie tutorial SUPPLIES NEEDED PSP X2 (Any version will work) TUBE OF CHOICE I use artwork by Ismael Rac & you can get a licence at AMI

HERE Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow I used Radius & FFF Urban fonts Open the template Delete the credit layer & 700 x 700 Canvas Size Click on the rectangle layer, grab your magic wand and flood fill it with black. Keep it selected, open up your close up tube and copy & paste as a new layer, selections - invert and hit delete. Select none, duplicate the tube and on the duplicated tube go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00 and change the blend mode to soft light and on the original tube change the blend mode to lumiance (l) then apply Textures - Blinds with the settings of Width 2, Opacity 20, Colour black and Horizontal & Light from left/top checked. Lower both tubes to 50 opacity. Duplicate both tubes and mirror them.
Grab your selection tool, add a new layer and draw a line across the rectangle like the one shown below. Select none, change the blend mode to soft light and duplicate it then flip it. Back on the rectangle layer, click inside with your magic wand and invert then back on the white rectangle and hit delete. Repeat this with the other white rectangle. Don't deselect it yet as we will come to that next.
Click on your right tube that are overlapping the rectangle and hit delete. Repeat this with the duplicated tube.
Click on the thin rectangles layer, grab your magic wand tool and click inside them both and add a new layer, flood fill it with #e92b8a and select none. Grab your text tool, I used FFF Urban font, size 8, anti-alias off & colour black (6 for PSP 7-9) and type in WANNA BE A MISFIT!! keep typing these words till it fits across the thin rectangle and convert it to raster layer. Duplicate it and move it to the bottom thin rectangle. Apply dropshadow with the settings of V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 & Blur 4.00 to the thin rectangles.
Back on the large rectangle layer, go to Effects - Eye Candy Gradient Glow and apply with these settings shown below. Apply dropshadow with the same settings as we did just before.
Click on the dotted lines, grab your selection tool and draw around the top dotted line, invert and hit delete. Add a new layer, flood fill it with black and back on the dotted lines layer, select all, float, defloat, invert and back on the black fill layer hit delete. Select none, apply dropshadow with these settings of V & H both on 0, Opacity 30 and Blur 3.00.
Click on the stars layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #e92b8a. Back on the stars layer, select all, float, defloat, invert and back on the flood fill layer hit delete. Go to Adjust - Add Noise and apply with these settings of Uniform 25 and Monochrome checked. Apply dropshadow with the same settings as we did earlier with the rectangle.
Click on the wordart layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #e92b8a. Back on the wordart layer, select all, float, defloat, invert and go back to the flood fill layer hit delete. Apply noise and gradient glow with the same settings as before. Add a new layer, flood fill it with white and click on the wordart layer select all, float, defloat & invert then back on the flood fill layer and hit delete. Grab your selection tool, draw around the big words of wanna be a misfit and hit delete. Repeat this with the pink wordart and delete the small wordart. Apply dropshadow with the same settings to both.
Open your tube and copy & paste as a new layer then apply same dropshadow to it.
Resize and crop it, save it as .jpeg or .png image. Woot you're all done! Hope you have enjoyed my tutorial Hugs Salsa>
