A quickie tutorial

I used Century Gothic & FFF Urban fonts

Open the template

Delete the credit layer & 700 x 700 Canvas Size

Flood fill the rest of the background layer with white

Click on Raster 1 layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer. Go to Material Properties, change the foreground to #9e295e and background to #000000 then change the foreground to gradient with these settings shown below and flood fill it with the gradient fill. Select none, go to Effects - Textures - Blinds and apply with these settings of Width 2, Opacity 20, Color #9e295e, Horizontal & Light from left/top both checked.

Grab your text tool, I used FFF Urban font, size 8 (6 for psp version 7 to 9) & anti-alias off and type in WHAT A GIRL WANTS, go to Object - Align - Center in Canvas and convert it to raster layer. Go to Effects - Mura's Miester Copies and apply with the Tiling setting and change the Gap slider to 2. Back on the circle layer, select all, float, defloat & invert then back on the text and hit delete.

Back on the gradient fill layer, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer, Selections - Modify - Expand 4. Flood fill it with white, go to Adjust - Add Noise and apply with these settings Uniform 25 and Monochrome checked. Go to Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow and apply with these settings shown below. Apply dropshadow with these settings V & H - 1, Opacity 40 & Blur 4.00.

Click on the Raster 11 layer, grab the magic wand tool and add a new layer, flood fill it with #9e295e and go to Effects - Xero - Fritillary and apply with the settings shown below. On Raster 12 layer, apply noise with the same settings as we did just before.

Click on Raster 7 layer, grab your magic wand tool and add a new layer, flood fill it with #9e295e and apply blinds with the same settings we did earlier. Keep it selected, copy & paste your tube as a new layer, invert then hit delete. Select None, duplicate it and on the duplicated tube go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3.00, change the blend mode to soft light and on the original tube change the blend mode to screen. Repeat these with Raster 6 layer.

Click on Raster 4 layer, apply noise and repeat this with the other frame. Copy & paste sparkles of choice, I used the sparkles from Bel Vidotti's exclusive Misfits Rocks scrapkit for Creative Misfits. I think there are several ftu kits has the sparkles.

Open your tube, copy & paste as a new layer and apply dropshadow with these settings V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 & Blur 10.00.

Grab your text tool, I used Century Gothic font and type in your name. Apply Gradient Glow with the same settings as we did earlier but click on the Fat to get the white back. Apply dropshadow with the settings V & H both on 1, Opacity 40 & Blur 4.00.

Click on the bottom layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with #9e295e. Apply WSL_Mask225, resize it and duplicate then mirror it.

Resize and crop it, save it as .jpeg or .png image.
