Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

I used Waterbrush & FFF Urban fonts

Open the template & new canvas at 700x700 image

Delete the credits layer and we will resize it later

Flood fill the rest of the background layer with white

Delete the Dots layer. Click on circle layer, select all, float & defloat. On the Materials Properties, change your foreground to #950000 and background to #000000, click on the background, select the gradient tag and use the settings shown below. Then flood fill it with the gradient and select none. Go to Effects - Textures - Blinds and use the settings of Width - 2, Opacity - 10, Black colour and Hortizonal checked.

Grab the text tool, I used FFF Urban font, size 8 and typed in What's Your Problem? Then F%&# Off then go to Objects - Align - Center in Canvas and convert it to raster layer. Go to Mura's Meisters Copies, use the tiling setting and change the gap to 2. Click on the original circle layer, select all, float, defloat then invert and go back to the text layer then hit the delete. Select None. Change the blend mode to Soft Light.

Click on the original circle layer, select all, float & defloat then copy & paste your tube of choice. Invert, hit the delete, duplicate it and go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur with the settings of 3.00, change the blend mode to Soft Light and on the original tube change the blend mode to Burn. Click on the original circle layer, select all, float & defloat then Modify - Expand 4 add a new layer and flood fill it with black then apply the dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity 50 and Blur - 5.00. Delete the original circle layer.

Copy & paste your tube of choice, duplicate it and on the original tube, apply dropshadow with the same settings as before. Click on the original circle layer, select all, float, defloat & invert, grab your eraser tool and erase the parts of the tube that goes over the circle at the bottom. Select None. Duplicate both tubes and mirror them.

Click on the wordart layer and apply the Eye Candy's Gradient Glow with the fat settings of 3.00, 25 & 100. Apply the dropshadow with the same settings as before.

Add the text, I used Waterbrush font with #950000 colour. Apply Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow & use the fat settings shown below.

Click on the background layer, add a new layer and flood fill it with the same gradient as we did earlier. Apply Vix_Mask382, merge group and resize it at 95% bicubic size.

Hide the white background layer and merge visble then resize it and save it as .png file.
