I used Copperplate Gothic font

open a new canvas 700x700 image

We will resize it later

Flood fill it with White

Add a new layer, Set your foreground to #882324 and background to #8f7b6f then change it to Gradient, find your background with these colours and use these settings of Angle - 150 and Repeats - 4. Find WSL_336 Mask and delete the mask, merge groups.

Open the Heart3 frame from the kit, copy and paste as a new layer. Select the magic wand, modify - expand 5, copy & paste Paper5 & go to Selections - Invert then hit the delete key. Select None. Add dropshadow with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 50 & Blur - 5.00 to the frame.

Open the glossyheart2, copy & paste as a new layer & add dropshadow with the same settings as before.

Open the flower1, copy & paste as a new layer & adjust - sharpen. Add dropshadow with the same settings as before and move it to the top of the heart frame.

Open the framecluster3, paste a new layer and resize it at 85% bicubic size. Select inside the first & third frames, Modify expand - 5, Copy & paste paper1, Selections - Invert and hit the delete key. Keep these selected, copy & paste your tubes of choice, hit delete key and select none. Add dropshadow to the tubes with the settings of V & H - 1, Opacity - 80 & Blur - 12.00. Erase the leftovers of the dropshadow from the bottom of the image. On the tubes layer, go to properties - lumicance (legacy). Do the same with the middle frame.

Open the heartchain, copy & paste as a new layer & resize it at 85% bicubic size. Add dropshadow with the same settings as we did with the clusterframe before. Move it on top of the frame.

Open the bow6, copy & paste as a new layer. Resize it at 30% smartsize, Adjust - Sharpen & Image - Free rotate at 25% left. Move it to the left top of the frame. Duplicate it and Image - Mirror. Move it to the right, leave it there till we ad the balloons next.

Open the balloon1, copy & paste as a new layer & resize it at 50% smartsize. Move it to the right, duplicate it and go to Image - Free rotate 5% Left. Click on the bow copy layer and move it up onto the balloons.

Add your tube of choice, paste as a new layer and add the dropshadow with Lokas 3D Dropshadow with the settings shown below

Add the text of your choice and move it to the below under the tube if you're using the same tube as mine. Add copyright & artist info to the tag. Resize it & save it as .jpeg or .png image.
